How do I bring in a chat?

Open the chat in your chat app, tap Export chat, and pick Chatlore. The step-by-step help shows every tap for iPhone and Android.

Does Chatlore upload my chats?

No. Chatlore has no internet connection of its own and no account. Everything stays on your phone. See the privacy policy.

Some photos say “not included”

The chat was exported Without media. Export it again with media: Chatlore adds the photos to the same chat.

A voice note won’t play

Tap and hold it, then Share, to open it in another app. If it still won’t play, the file may be missing from the export.

How do I move Chatlore to a new phone?

Settings > Keep it safe > Save a backup file. Open that file on the new phone and pick Chatlore.

How do I delete everything?

Settings > Delete everything. It removes every chat from Chatlore only; your chat app is not changed.
